The sustainability concept of museums is particularly important in the area of temporary exhibitions.

Humboldt Forum Foundation. Berlin, Germany.

The Humboldt Forum in Berlin, which organises at least three high-calibre temporary exhibitions a year in addition to its permanent exhibitions, has based its sustainability concept on our modular, durable HLS system, which can be assembled and dismantled and whose components are stored on site in a specially designed storage system to promote operational sustainability.   The flexibility and robustness of the system, which has been used by the British Museum for over 20 years for temporary exhibitions, together with its preventative conservation benefits such as gas-tightness and building materials approved for permanent display, make the HLS system the first choice for sustainability. This is one of the reasons why the Getty Museum recently selected Glasbau Hahn's HLS system after an intensive selection process.
