Tokyo National Museum, Toyokan.

Tokyo, Japan
Founded in the late 19th century, Tokyo National Museum (TNM) is the oldest institution of its kind in Japan.

TNM collects, conserves, and exhibits artworks, archaeological artifacts, and other cultural properties from Japan and other regions of Asia. For the newly refurbished Toyokan galleries GLASBAU HAHN (GBH) delivered and installed freestanding and wall display cases in 2013. To house the impressive collection of Chinese bronzes, GBH built a spectacular 12 meters long freestanding display case with curved glass panels.
