The David Collection.

Copenhagen, Denmark
The museum is particularly noted for its collection of Islamic art from the 8th to the 19th century, which is one of the largest in Northern Europe

The David Collection is housed in the building once occupied by the museum`s founder, Christian Ludvig David. Between 2005 and 2009 the building underwent comprehensive renovation. In this context Glasbau Hahn furnished the Islamic Galleries with freestading and wall display cases of which 9 come with curved glass panels. The display case´s elegant and unobtrusive design blends in wonderfully with the atchitecture thus allowing the museum´s visitirs an unrestricted view of the extraordinary collection.
