Project Management.
The two glasbau hahn professionals involved in project development and execution are our project manager (pm) and our project lead engineer (eng).
Our PM is Glasbau Hahn’s main communication contact for the project and is trained in the use of various project management software systems.
The Glasbau Hahn Project Manager manages the project from contract signing to final handover. He organises the design development meetings and approval processes, and internally manages the production process from construction drawings through the metal workshop, glass workshop, painting workshop to pre-assembly, including electrical and air-conditioning integration, preparation for transport and transport. Throughout all these processes he is in close communication with the Client PM.
He will coordinate with the client’s PM to ensure that the site is ready for installation, and will work with our Site Manager (SM) and Foreman to organise our presence on site, delivery to site, installation layout, installation sequence and site coordination. He programmes the work of our electricians and air conditioning engineers as well as our on-site air leakage tests.
He manages the handover process with a training session and the delivery of our display case manuals including the handover of keys.
